Manny Gaunaurd, president of Hispanic cookware brand IMUSA, has announced that chef Ana Garcia,owner and operator of La Villa Bonita Cooking School and Culinary Hotel in Tepoztlan, Mexico, will be the fourth “spokeschef” in IMUSA’s Chef Program. Starting in November, Garcia’s original recipes will be available on the IMUSA USA website recipe page (www.imusausa.com).
The other chefs in the program, designed to showcase the varied yet inter-related characteristics of Latin cuisine, are Elsie Ramos, Ana Quincoces and George Duran.
